Most of our products ship directly from the manufacturers warehouse to you, therefore do not qualify for a combined shipping rate. Once your order has been placed, the shipping will be calculated and confirmed. Return policies vary due to the manufacturers policies. Payment Terms: Terms of payment are within Calvert Ways sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Calvert Ways, payment must be received by Calvert Ways prior to acceptance of an order. Prefered payment method for the products is through Credit Card or Debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa Logo are acceptable via Pay Pal, Money Orders and Certified Bank Checks will be accepted. Personal checks are not prefered but will also be accepted - bank clearance is a must (usually 10 business days) before shipment. USPS Money Orders preferred and will be approved for order processing within two business days. All other money orders will be deposited for bank clearance (same as a check). Orders are not binding upon Calvert Ways until accepted by Calvert Ways. A $45.00 fee will apply for bounced or stop payment checks. Any quotations given by Calvert Ways will be valid for the period of one week (7 days) only. If you are mailing your payment, send a copy of your invoice in the envelope with your payment. If we receive your product without the accompanying accessories and documentation, you will not get a refund. If you lost something that goes with your order, you can Not return it. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Pre-approval by email is required before any product may be returned. Original shipping fees are Not refundable for returns for any reason. A 20% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Provide your name, order number, order date, name or description of product being returned, daytime telephone number and reason for return. If the return is granted, we will forward you an RMA number. Please send your return via UPS or FED EX since these methods are easily trackable. If you prefer to use US Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the return gets to the correct Calvert Ways warehouse. Calvert Ways will not be responsible for lost returns. The RMA number must be on your return shipping label. Products returned without an RMA number will Not be accepted and a refund will Not be issued. RETURNS - The return must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date. All delivery dates are kept on file at Calvert Ways. If you are unsure of your delivery date you can confirm it, email your request to returns@calvertways.com. Returns accepted and/or received after the alloted time, will receive an "in store" credit only, if the product meets all of our return requirements. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of product(s) once we receive it. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing returns. Free Shipping Item Returns; All returns on orders shipped "Free" will be your responsibility to pay the original shipping charges on returns for any reason other than Proven manufacturers defects. The original shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund allowed. Any questions, Please ask before ordering. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - If the product your receive appears to be defective, please contact us immediately at returns@CalvertWays.com with the proper information; your name, address, order, etc. We will contact you with appropriate question regarding the product to determine the product status. If the product is determined defective or a return is specified to prove the defect, you will be given instructions for return at that time. Once the product is received at the warehouse and a manufacturers defective is determined to have caused the problem, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no charge. Return shipping is non-refundable. EXCHANGES - We will exchange any of our products (unless otherwise stated below in EXCEPTIONS) that you purchase for any reason. However, if you are exchanging a product due to wrong product ordered, wrong size, wrong color, wrong type, etc., or because you are not satisfied with the product, you must pay the return shipping. You will also be charged the shipping cost to have the exchanged product shipped back to you and a 20% restocking fee will apply for the returned product. SHIPPING ERRORS - If an incorrect product was shipped in error, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS - All products are warranted by the manufacturer of the product, Not by Calvert Ways. If the product return request is due to a manufacturers defect, the product must be returned to the manufacturer if the 10 day grace period has passed. EXCEPTIONS: Hidden Cameras - All our hidden nanny cameras are special order products and are NOT subject to cancellations or returns. Due to the nature of this product line, returns for hidden nanny cameras will only be accepted if there is a manufacturers defect, or if it is damaged upon shipment to the customer. In which case the product will be repaired or replaced, and shipped back to the customer. DVDs and Books - Since DVDs and books can be copied, no refunds will be given. Cozy Feet are non-returnable unless unopened. Any product ordered from the following categories may only be returned for an exchange for the same product if defective, within 10 days of delivery. The categories are; Alarms, Animal Repellers, Home Protection, Mace Spray, Martial Arts, Pepper Spray, Stun Gun Devices, Surveillance and Weapons. NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNLESS PRE-APPROVED BY CALVERT WAYS! Calvert Ways will ship primarily to Continental UNITED STATES. Some products will be ship to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the U.S. (for example; select pet products, bird and/or pest control products, etc) - excluded products such as weapons, pepper sprays, stun guns, tasers, etc. will NOT be shipped outside of the U.S. Customers outside of mainland U.S.A. - If your order is accepted for shipping outside the United States, you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees. These costs will be your responsibility. We are going to offer USPS Global Express shipping to CANADA ONLY on Petsafe, SportDog and Innotek products. Tracking WILL NOT be available for these items, if you use USPS, it will be entirely at your own risk and without any tracking. Although UPS shipping is considerably higher, USPS claims for broken items and missing shipments can take MONTHS to process. If you have a shipment that is lost or damaged while using USPS you will accept this responsibility in its entirety. Calvert Ways prefered method of shipping is via UPS Ground, however, we reserve the right to change shipping methods due to freight exceptions. Exceptions could include but are not limited to: product type, heavy weight (products weighing over 150 lbs) or oversized shipments, destination (geographical location) and special handling requirements. Most orders ship next Business day. If we are not able to ship within that time and the delay is more than 4 Business days, we will notify you via e-mail. When paying via Pay Pal, products will only be shipped to "confirmed" shipping addresses unless pre-approved by Calvert Ways. Please provide a physical address, NO P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses unless pre-approved by Calvert Ways. If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address or changes the delivery address after order shipped and we are assessed additional charges by UPS, we will charge the customer's credit card for the additional charges. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date (unless otherwise stated). RESTRICTIONS: Please read carefully Pepper Sprays & the MACE Screecher Alarm (item code 80145) cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND and cannot be shipped to New York, Massachusetts and Wisconsin or outside the continental US, which includes Alaska and Hawaii. Stun Devices Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Massachusetts, Illinois or the city of Philadelphia. TASER requires a background check on all customers that purchase the 44001 or the 44002. In order to do this, you will need to provide your Social Security Number, Drivers License number and expiration date. Your order will be processed only after a cleared background check. REFUSED SHIPMENT: A charge for 20% of the total purchase price will apply per refused shipment unless the refusal is based on a Calvert Ways error or damages. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse to accept it. It will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace it to you. This is for all forms of shipment including freight. If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted delivery from UPS: - Call UPS for an inspection
- Hold on to all original packing, boxing, cartons, etc.

Claims of concealed damage via shipping methods other than UPS, must be reported to claims@CalvertWays.com within 2 days of receipt. Claims made after 2 days of the received date will Not be honored. SHORT SHIPMENTS: Calvert Ways customer service must be notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the order. Claims made after 24 hours of the received date will Not be honored.
