Calvert Ways has tried to survive against all odds since 2004 but with the amazing amount of competition, we have closed down because we can buy the products we were selling cheaper from someone else than we can purchase them ourselves along with the unscrupulous dealings of Bizatomic really did the worse damage due to their lies when we purchased to website program. They did nothing but lie to us from the very moment when we first called them to redo and upgrade our website.
Also, we closed our eBay store due to the excessively high charges which forced us to raise our prices and defeated our goal to provide great products at a great price. We simply got tired of eBay getting richer off of our sweat! Although most of our customers were very trustworthy, the scam artists that ordered items with stolen credit cards through Pay Pal, we truly believe will get paid back somehow in the future, if not, when the meet their maker! Pay Pal is no better than eBay as they took money out of our account for merchandise that had been shipped to the supposed customer.....con artist.....after they are the ones that said it was ok to ship, therefore, we got ripped off twice. It is extremely difficult to be an honest 'small business' when 'big business' like eBay and Pay Pal are only using you!
And then there are the....we still have no idea who they are or what they want or what the purpose is.....constant false account openings and email request submissions.....hundreds every day. There is no way we that we could sort through the false emails everyday to find an actual legit email from a real customer so if you ever emailed and did not get a response, blame it on the spammers.
The world would be a wonderful place without liars, cheaters and scammers which is another reason what we have given up the retail world and are concentrating on puppies and kitties. They are always honest and loving and truly deserve the best care possible.
