GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Amendments/Applicable Law:

These terms and conditions may not be amended except by a formal written agreement signed by both parties. The laws of the State of Maryland shall govern this agreement.

Fraudulent Orders:

Internet fraud is a violation of multiple federal, state, and local statutes. Such acts will result in multiple felonies being charged against the perpetrator. Calvert Ways is committed to fighting fraudulent and unauthorized credit card orders on the Internet. This allows us to keep our online prices at the lowest possible for the benefit of our customers. Calvert Ways diligently reviews all orders. Any order or confirmation that fails our review is considered "suspect" and will not be processed. In events of loss incurred to Calvert Ways, the appropriate law enforcement agencies will be contacted to seek apprehension, prosecution and restitution to the fullest extent of the law.

Limitations of Liability:

In no event shall Calvert Ways or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Prices:

Prices are subject to change without notice. Calvert Ways is not liable for typographical errors. Calvert Ways uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in this Site, but makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Calvert Ways assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this Site.

Products/Product Availibility:

All products are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standards unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing. Calvert Ways will not be held liable for misuse of any products. The majority of our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer's distributor warehouse to insure that the most current product is shipped. The quantity of all products are in flux. If the ordered product is temporarily backordered, you will be advised via email with estimated date that the product will be restocked.

You must be 18 years old to buy products from this site. Buyer is responsible, not the seller, to make sure you obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any products (weapons) offered by Calvert Ways. If you are unsure, please call your local or state authorities for more information on use of the products offered here. By purchasing from this site, you agree to this disclaimer. We will not sell to you in a restricted state/city/county in the US (includes all payment methods) and ship to another location.

Orders/Payment/Shipping Charges/Taxes/Delivery:

Calvert Ways has sole descretion to accept or deny any order and/or payments. All payments accepted must be confirmed before the order is processed. The shipping method is totally up to the discretion of Calvert Ways and/or the Manufacturers Warehouse from where the product is shipped.

You are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with the order. All sales within the state of Maryland and Florida will be charged state sales tax on all products. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on invoice.

Calvert Ways will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of God.

Title/Risk of Loss:

Title to products passes from Calvert Ways to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Warranty Limitations:

The limited warranty for any product sold by Calvert Ways is included in the documentation accompanying the product as provided by that product's manufacturer. Except as specifically set forth therein, Calvert Ways makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, warranties relating to Year 2000 compliance, and conformity to models or samples. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations might not apply to you. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Trademarks and images appearing on this Site may be owned and/or registered by parties other than Calvert Ways, as denoted by express attribution or the clear implication of context. No representation contained on this Site should be construed to authorize the reproduction, retransmission or other use of the trademarks and/or images of Calvert Ways or other parties.

Calvert Ways primarily serves customers in the United States but will make exceptions (see Shipping Policy for further detail). All product prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or applicable sales tax unless stated on individual product listing.

Calvert Ways uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site, but does not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Calvert Ways will not be liable for any damages to the end-user, whether direct, consequential or incidental, arising from the end-user's use of, or reliance upon, material presented at the Site. Calvert Ways will not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your PC or related equipment as the result of your access to, use of, or downloading material from, the Site.
